Skymoodwood Quality Inspection Standard
In order to ensure that the quality of the goods you receive can be guaranteed. Therefore, we have formulated a number of Skymoodwood quality inspection standard according to different products.
Glasses Quantity Inspection Standard
The quality inspection of glasses is divided into frame quality inspection, lens quality inspection, and temple quality inspection.
Frame quality inspection
Compare product pictures to make sure that the color, material, and shape of the glasses meet the requirements. (The color and material of the lenses and temples will be checked at the same time here)
Observe whether there will be dirt, burrs, and breaks on the surface of the frame.
Lens quality inspection
- Light leakage inspection: align the lens with the incandescent lamp. If there is light leakage, it is regarded as light leakage; at the same time, tap the lens with the back of your finger. If the lens falls, it is also regarded as a light leakage treatment.
- Blemish inspection:
1) Aim the lens at the incandescent lamp and look from the inside out to observe whether there are scratches, bubbles, and black spots on the lens
2) If the lens is a coated lens, you need to pick up the lens and shake it gently to observe whether the coating layer will fall off. At the same time, it is still necessary to place the coated sheet under the light to observe whether the lens will be scratched.
3) Put the sunglasses down and shake them vigorously to observe whether the lenses will fall off. (For sunglasses with screws)
Quality inspection of temples
- 1) High and low leg inspection: Open the glasses flat and place them on a flat table. If the amplitude of the temple bridge is higher than the height of a coin, it is regarded as a problem of high and low legs.
- 2) Spring hinge inspection: gently stretch the temples to both sides. If the temples cannot be stretched or the temples fall off, it will be regarded as a defective product.
- 3) Gently break off the temples, if the temples break, they will be regarded as inferior.
At the same time, before leaving the warehouse, we will conduct sampling inspections on all products to ensure that the quality of the products still meets the standard when storing in the warehouse and making the logo.
Watches Quantity Inspection Standard
Because the structure of the watch is more complicated, in order to ensure the quality of the product, we must carry out a quality inspection on all watches and check whether the configuration of the watch and the production order is consistent. (Color, material, size)
The inspection steps are as follows: (Taking wooden watches as an example, the inspection steps for metal watches are basically the same)
Watch cover
1) Whether the watch cover can completely cover the watch
2) Check the logo design drawing and observe whether the logo shape and position of the watch cover are correct. (For those with a logo on the watch cover)
3) Check whether there are stains, scratches, or glue on the meter cover.
Wooden strap and wooden ring
1) Whether the wooden belt and wooden circle are painted, stained, or scratched
2) Lower the watch and shake it gently 10 times to see if the wooden ring falls off.
3) Gently shake the watch to both sides for 45 seconds to observe whether the flower branches of the wooden strap fall off. If it falls off, it means that the connection is not tight enough and needs to be repaired in time.
Glass
1) Whether there are scratches, pits, or stains that cannot be removed on the glass
2) After turning the watch down, gently shake it 5-7 times to observe whether the glass falls off. If it falls off, it indicates that there is a serious quality problem and needs to be repaired in time.
Dial & UP
1) Before making the logo and pasting it UP, check whether there are cracks in the dial
2) If the logo is printed on the dial, you need to check whether the position and shape of the logo are correct
3) After the UP is pasted, you need to check whether the UP is tilted, missed, or dropped off.
4) After the logo and UP are pasted, it is also necessary to check whether there are foreign objects such as dust, fingerprints, hair, and so on.
Movement & Crown & Pointer
1) After pulling out the crown, observe whether it falls off
2) After pulling out the crown, turn the crown to observe whether the hour and minute hands can rotate correctly. (for watches containing the date, we also need to check whether the data can be adjusted normally)
3) Observe whether there is a problem that cannot be checked for pulling out and pressing the crown
4) After pressing the crown, check whether the pointer can walk normally
5) Finally, we need to adjust all the watches to a uniform time (12 o’clock position). Then let these watches go for a day and observe the time error. If the deviation exceeds 1-2 minutes, it is considered that there is a problem with the movement. The watch needs to be repaired.
Stone Bracelet Quantity Inspection Standard
The relatively simple structure of the stone bracelet means that we need fewer inspection steps.
- 1) Contrasting with the main picture of the product and the order, make sure that the color, size, style, and quantity of the stone bracelet produced have no problems.
- 2) Check whether there are grooves, cracks, etc. on the surface of the stone beads
- 3) For solid-color stone bead bracelets (such as blue), you need to check whether there are black spots, white spots, and other impurities on the surface of the stone beads.
- 4) Gently pull the stone bracelet to both sides to observe whether the bracelet is broken or cannot be restored to its original state. (For stone bracelets with elastic cords)
- 5) Hold the inner ring of the bracelet and Shake the bracelet lightly 5-8 times to observe whether the bracelet will break. (for metal and stainless steel connected stone bracelets)
