Automatic screen printing

Bronzing

Adjust the glasses frame

Because the temples of the produced glasses will have insufficient curvature and the problems of high and low legs. Therefore, we will send an experienced worker to test and adjust the spectacle frames.

Use a machine to test whether the basic properties such as sphericity, astigmatism, and power are qualified.

Ultrasonic cleaning glasses

Place the glasses to be cleaned on the iron frame, and then start the ultrasonic device to clean the glasses.

Glasses labeling

Attach a prescription label to the prescription glasses that have passed the test.

Packing

After the glasses have completed a series of production and testing processes, we need to store the glasses through the plastic film. Because the film can avoid damage to the glasses caused by external environmental factors such as dust and moisture.
