What are the lens materials?

Mold design
According to the existing CAD drawings, make the molds of the corresponding temples and frames.

You can send us the pictures and size requirements of the plastic version glasses. We can design the CAD drawings of wooden sunglasses according to your requirements, and then make the wooden sunglasses.
Frame making
Injection plastic sunglasses frame
Put the frame mold and plastic materials into the injection molding machine to make the frame.
Cutting and polishing the frame
Use a knife to cut off the excess opening material. Then use frosted stones, pebbles, and rollers to polish the corners and burrs of the frame.
Hinge installation and quality inspection
Using the machine, install the hinge at the back. Carry out a quality inspection on all finished plastic frames and pick out unqualified frames.
Temple making

Polished legs

Cutting and quality inspection temples

Lens making
According to the designed lens drawing, put the lens material into the machine. After starting the machine, cut the glasses lens.

Assembly
Screw the screws into the joints of the plastic mirror frame and the hinges of the mirror legs to make it into a whole.
Spray paint quality inspection
For (promotional glasses), we will paint the glasses in a concentrated way. Then the quality inspection removes the glasses with uneven color.
